How are the sizes?
All our clothes are standard unisex fit and true to size. If you’re not happy about the size or fitting, you can always return the item and choose a different size.
Where are the clothes produced?
It may vary. We handpick high-quality fabrics and suppliers in different categories, so if you are curious about a certain item or piece of clothing; send your questions to email@example.com and we'll get back to you.

How much does shipping cost?
The shipping fee is calculated in the checkout process. Approx. 60 SEK in Sweden.
How long delivery time is it?
Approximately one week, but it may vary and we do not guarantee one week delivery. We ship every order from our Stockholm office as soon as possible. Maximum three days from receiving your order.
Can I return and/or exchange my item?
You, of course, have the right to send your item back to us. For regular returns/exchanges, we do not offer a free return slip. Always contact customer service before making your return. When we have received your request, you will receive a return confirmation via email.
As a customer, you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days from the day you received the product, provided that the clothes/items are unused as there is a hygiene factor to take into account. This time period can be extended under certain circumstances, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further information. Customer service should always be contacted before returning any product(s). To handle your case faster, please enter the order number when contacting us.
In order for a return to be approved, the object must be essentially unused. The item should be packaged well, along with all the included accessories. Transport damage due to defective packaging will be charged to your account. Do not put address labels directly on the packaging, but always make sure to protect the original packaging.

To make a purchase on shop.bastardburgers.com, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a guardian/parents. We reserve the right to cancel orders from persons who have provided false personal and / or payment information and/or have bad credit. Facts and prices are given with reservation for misspellings and any incorrectly defined technical specifications. All prices on this website include 25% VAT within the EU. We also reserve the right not to place an order, for example if the product is out of stock or due to technical problems. We reserve the right to cancel an order if fraud is suspected. All goods belong to Gatusmak AB until a full payment reaches us.
Bastard Burgers has a Swedish F-tax certificate through Gatusmak AB with organization number 556979-5593. All our prices include 25% VAT within Sweden and the EU, our VAT registration number is SE556979-559301. VAT is only included for orders within the EU, VAT is not included outside the EU. If VAT changes, we reserve the right to adjust our prices accordingly.
Currency is selected based on your location. Please note that outside the EU you as a customer may have to pay a cost for this. This cost is up to you as a customer to pay and Gatusmak AB is not chargeable for this cost.
Gatusmak AB reserves the right to change the collection and has the right to remove items from the collection before a purchase is made. We reserve the right to any final sale of goods in the range. Gatusmak AB is responsible for any typographical errors in texts on this website and its subdomains. We do not guarantee that all images accurately reproduce the true appearance of the products.
Gatusmak AB is exempt from the penalty for failure to fulfill any obligation under this agreement if the failure is due to release of circumstance as below and the circumstance prevents, complicates or delays the fulfillment. How we share data

What data we collect
To handle your orders and purchases, we require the following information about you; Name, Address, phone number and e-mail, Date of birth (for some payment methods), Payment information and payment history, Information about your order (for ex: order number, product(s), delivery address, and invoice). We do this with the legal obligation for Completion of the Purchase Agreement; without which, we would be unable to complete our transaction with you. The information is saved for 36 months, from the time both delivery and payment have been processed, for the purpose of helping you with potential complaints and returns. In order to comply with the rules and regulations to which we must adhere , we require the following information about you; Name, Address, Payment information and payment history, Information about your order (for ex: order number, product(s) and delivery address). We do this with the legal obligation to comply with legal obligations; that is to comply with the laws to which we must adhere. The Book-keeping Act is one example as to why we save this information (with limited access) for seven (7) years, in addition to the current year. This information will not be accessible to the customer service department, for example. In order to provide you with customer service, we require the following information about you; Name, Phone number and e-mail, Date of birth (for some payment methods), Payment information and payment history, Information about your order (for ex: order number, product(s), delivery address, and invoice), Information you personally provide during your communication with us. We do this with the legal obligation of processing in a way that is necessary to cater to both our and your legitimate interests, in order to answer any questions you may have. We save the information for 14 months from the time your customer service inquiry is closed. In order to customize our marketing for you, showing our products and deals on both our site and those of our partners, we require the following information about you: IP, Data gathered by cookies and the like. For example, on which products you clicked and your shopping history, Order number. We do this with the legal obligation of processing in a way that is necessary to cater to both our and your legitimate interests by marketing our products to you for up to one year after your latest activity on our site. To do this, we use various external advertising services and collaborative partners.
